I didn't receive my password.

You should have been sent an email from Kajabi with your password.  If you didn't receive a password it could have been for these reasons:

*******There could have been a problem with your order

OR

******It could have been sent to your spam folder

OR

*******Your email could have been mistyped.

OR

*******You purchased through Paypal and Paypal has a different email on file for you. Your login information went to that email.

If you need the email associated with Kajabi changed please email us at support@digitalromanceinc.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

    you didn't sent me kajabi.com email  i cant still log in i am getting frustrated.checked the spam its not there

    Same here. I ordered on Sunday and still have not rec'd email from Felicity Keith or Kajabi. Very frustrating.

    Same here.  I ordered and paid on 1/26/17.  Never received the Kajabi email with the login.  I only receive updates and notes.  I checked my spam too.   Please please get me my password so I can login.

    Carlos here.
    I purchased my "text your ex back".
    I recieved an e-mail on 3 -29 the page will be updated.
    In the e-mail is saying I would be receiving a new i login with a new password.

    It never came.
    I wrote this same e-mail 2 weeks ago.
    I called the company last Fri on the 14th.
    Nobody got back to me.

    Can you when will I be able to receive my new log in?.
    Or if I will not receive anything.

    Please let me know.

    I paid for the Crack the Girl Code but never got the email from Kajabi. When I go to the Kajabi login page it says "something went wrong".

    How do I get the product I paid for?

    Unable to login to view the material or view the road link sent via email today. https://digitalromanceinc.zendesk.com/hc/requests/315308 and https://digitalromanceinc.zendesk.com/hc/requests/315439. I can appreciate your busy but it's been nearly two days now.

    I placed my order in 2015 and STILL CANT LOGIN TO VIEW MY PURCHASE OF THE LANGUAGE OF DESIRE. ITS A SCAM. REPORTED COMPANY TO THE BBB AND TO ANOTHER PLACE AND THEY ARE CHECKING IN TO WHY THE COMPANY IS NOT GIVING PAID CUSTOMERS THEIR INFORMATION TO VIEW THEIR PURCHASES. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE MONEY. JUST ADVICE FOR ANYONE NEW THAT DOESN’ T KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

    Placed my order the last 8th of June, checked that the email address to have login info to was correct three times, so I'm sure you had the correct one. So far, no Manson email, no login info. Please???
