I didn't receive my password.

You should have been sent an email from Kajabi with your password.  If you didn't receive a password it could have been for these reasons:

*******There could have been a problem with your order

OR

******It could have been sent to your spam folder

OR

*******Your email could have been mistyped.

OR

*******You purchased through Paypal and Paypal has a different email on file for you. Your login information went to that email.

If you need the email associated with Kajabi changed please email us at support@digitalromanceinc.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

    you didn't sent me kajabi.com email  i cant still log in i am getting frustrated.checked the spam its not there

    Same here. I ordered on Sunday and still have not rec'd email from Felicity Keith or Kajabi. Very frustrating.

    Same here.  I ordered and paid on 1/26/17.  Never received the Kajabi email with the login.  I only receive updates and notes.  I checked my spam too.   Please please get me my password so I can login.

    Carlos here.
    I purchased my "text your ex back".
    I recieved an e-mail on 3 -29 the page will be updated.
    In the e-mail is saying I would be receiving a new i login with a new password.

    It never came.
    I wrote this same e-mail 2 weeks ago.
    I called the company last Fri on the 14th.
    Nobody got back to me.

    Can you when will I be able to receive my new log in?.
    Or if I will not receive anything.

    Please let me know.

    I paid for the Crack the Girl Code but never got the email from Kajabi. When I go to the Kajabi login page it says "something went wrong".

    How do I get the product I paid for?
