The PDF's are located on each module page in the download box (above the comment section). Make sure you right click and choose either Save File As or Download File As.

Maggie You will need to login to the member site using the login information sent to you in an email from Kajabi after purchase. If you don't have that email, let us know at support@digitalromanceinc.com

Viola Sehlen Hi , I have wrote to support and I was told that I can reset the password on my own. But when I do that it takes me to this page so I still can't access my purchase and see the PDF's for download.. than I wrote again saying that and than I received another email say the issue is solved and to access the link only wich took me to the same thing. Please it a bit frastrating by now can you please help me what am I supposed to do to get the books .. sincerely grateful for your help Viola

Maggie You should you have gotten an email from Kajabi with your login information. If you did not, write us an email at support@digitalromanceinc.com and we will get you a new password.

Julie Taylor I am having the exact same problems as everyone else has listed above. The same flippin problem with my password as expressed above and I can NOT GET TO ANY MODULES OR ANYTHING. I too keep getting the reset password page that just sends me right back to no where. Oh and I got a strange email about canceling when I never said I wanted to cancel. I think we should all get the $97 upgraded version for all this headache becoz this is ridiculous. Its been two weeks now.

And now even if I want to return I can't. I never got the password sorted or that I was able to log in and download the books. I am very upset and disappointed and not only that I should get some upgrades I should firstly get this what I payed for !!!!!

Julie Taylor Viola...I think...I repeat "think" but am Not sure yet until I try it...but try using ur password that doesnt work now and then ask that they reset it again and you should get a screen that just tells u to put ur password in...the new one you change it to. Then...I believe we go to the sight at kajobi for the modules. Im gonna try and find that link now and I'll get back to ya with it.
These people really need to get their shit together because we shouldn't have to have a degree in computer programing or be a genius to get to what we paid for and I'm thinkin' they OWE ME MONEY FOR MY TIME AND THE HASSEL. It's completely unprofessional and ridiculous that it's like this! I would have thought they'd fix it but obviously that hasn't happened yet!! Ok...hold on and let me find that link....

I am sorry that you are having problems logging in. When you login make sure that your entire email is lowercase letters (some devices automatically capitalize the first letter and everything HAS to be lowercase). Also are sure there are no spaces before or after your email.

Sabrina K Melton I know that this forum is a bit old but it took me a while to find the actual programs and pdf's. They aren't very specific while giving instructions and that's probably because, like me, you think that this is the correct page to sign into but it's actually members.digitalromanceinc.com You will sign in there and then you will have access to everything. If you can't sign in there then go back to your order confirmation or go to clickbank.com to find your order and you can access it from there.

Timmypippi So how about you make this simple and post the member site rather than say “just log into the member site”. No? Then give me my $50 dollars back. Funny thing is I have the pdf downloaded in my home state on a different pc. I know it’s real. Don’t play games. I read it. It’s actually not a scam. However this “just go to the member site” is unprofessional. Just put it up.

Joycelyn Keys Same here have sent 4 requests for assistance and the only response is a computer generated acknowledgement of my request for assistance. All through it says to sign up but nothing saying where or how. I have just hit on the last tequest number and once again it sent me to login. As I’d not been able to set one up I put in email address and said I’d forgotten password, then another log in arrived so I tried that with my email address and it said someone was already using it so clearly aware. I hit forgotten password and got sent an email at last to reset it... I did and it’s directed me here... to FAQs not the materials I paid for to access! As I have explained to them my service provider emptied my emails box periodically and I have no idea why or how to stop it the emails with the original links to both pdfs and audio get deleted. If I cannot access the members site them the materials I paid for are gone! The system is ridiculous ad I have said over 4 times now I read the emails sent originally which stated to read, watch and follow instructions yet after watching and reading g no instructions to register to a members site were included. My last request was acknowledged overca week ago - still no response! As I cannot access what I paid for I’d like a refund - from reading all the previous negative comments, I think this is not going to happen
