Where are the PDF's? The PDF's are located on each module page in the download box (above the comment section). Make sure you right click and choose either Save File As or Download File As. But when I do that it takes me to this page so I still can't access my purchase and see the PDF's for download.. than I wrote again saying that and than I received another email say the issue is solved and to access the link only wich took me to the same thing. The same flippin problem with my password as expressed above and I can NOT GET TO ANY MODULES OR ANYTHING. I too keep getting the reset password page that just sends me right back to no where. When you login make sure that your entire email is lowercase letters (some devices automatically capitalize the first letter and everything HAS to be lowercase). They aren't very specific while giving instructions and that's probably because, like me, you think that this is the correct page to sign into but it's actually members.digitalromanceinc.com You will sign in there and then you will have access to everything. All through it says to sign up but nothing saying where or how. I have just hit on the last tequest number and once again it sent me to login. As I’d not been able to set one up I put in email address and said I’d forgotten password, then another log in arrived so I tried that with my email address and it said someone was already using it so clearly aware. I hit forgotten password and got sent an email at last to reset it... I did and it’s directed me here... to FAQs not the materials I paid for to access! As I have explained to them my service provider emptied my emails box periodically and I have no idea why or how to stop it the emails with the original links to both pdfs and audio get deleted. If I cannot access the members site them the materials I paid for are gone! The system is ridiculous ad I have said over 4 times now I read the emails sent originally which stated to read, watch and follow instructions yet after watching and reading g no instructions to register to a members site were included. My last request was acknowledged overca week ago - still no response!
