Where is My Refund?

You should receive a Clickbank Refund Receipt in your email.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.  If you have any problems you can use the Refund Receipt from Clickbank to contact them and find out if there were any problems in processing your refund.

    I requested a refund by e-mail on 09/19/16 and have not heard back from you guys or received my refund! I need my refund please!

    I requested a refund on 10/25/2016 and there has been no follow up on the refund acknowledge.  I will be charging back the amount to my credit card company if I do not here back by Monday 10/31/2016

    I requested a refund on 16th November and still not had a response to either my initial or subsequent messages, please advise when I will receive my full refund.

    Has anyone else had any luck actually getting the refunds they advertise?

    Gemma, I checked in on your account and your refund was processed on Nov. 22nd.  Please let me know at support@digitalromanceinc.com if you have any further problems.

    I've asked for refund, but no one contacted me, except that they review my email and will contact me in two days. I've sent 3 emails, to no avail and no one responded. It's a shame that your company is no decent and trustworthy. I'm very disappointed to put my trust in your promise of 60 days refund.

    I've send emails on 3/11/2017
    3/18/2017 and two more I don't even remember the date and today 3/24/2017 for the refund. No one responded. And email and information of the clkbank do not work as well the phone number. I think, that this is a big fraud, to draw the money. Make me feel very bad. Something wrong with this company, I believe that they are greedy, the way they treated people. I will put all the information about this company on the Facebook, so no one can be hurt as I am.

    I have written three times directly after my purchase, and have not heard back yet. PLEASE respond and give me a refund or I will press charges. Thank you.

    I asked you for a refund on the 11 August, when I took one product to many. I did not want Love Forever andit did not even looked at it. Still today I haven't received any reply from you nor my refund. Please assist urgently. Thank you
