Where is My Refund?

You should receive a Clickbank Refund Receipt in your email.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.  If you have any problems you can use the Refund Receipt from Clickbank to contact them and find out if there were any problems in processing your refund.

    This seems to be an abandoned product and should be taking down from allowing people to purchase! Michael Fiore hasn't been heard from in over a year. His Facebook and instragram have been abandoned and no updates have been done since January 2018. This is very misleading! There is no customer support and the product is not fully delivered when purchased. This is false advertisement and needs to be reported by everyone to the BBB, Attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission. https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt

    @Shirley Carlisle I spent nearly $40 for cheap. And What so bad I have been contacting them and it pass the time my bank can not dispute my funds. I regret spending my hard earn money on this.

    I requested a cancellation on 9/17/19 before my next payment came out and today on 9/23/19 they removed the money from my account despite my request to cancel before the money was due to be removed. I have sent a new request to cancel as well as request a refund. If I do not get back a reply back in 2 business days and a refund within 5 business days after that then I will be contacting BBB about this situation as well as going to my bank to dispute this and have the money returned.

    @tiffany Marcus you will not get a respond just dispute the funds I waited for months for my refund luckily I could still get a disput

    Hi Maggie & all the other commenters,
    I also got sucks into this digital romance bulls**t! !! This was back in May of 2019.... after 10 mins of reading some of it, I decided to cancel & asked for a refund on my, OVER $300 , purchase!!!!! I have YET to hear from ANYBODY, about my refund. So, I proceeded to getting in touch with the bank that their company is officiated with. YEAYYYY, I FINALLY got a response, telling me that they will be in touch when they speak to.... yep, you guessed it! “Digital romance customer service (even though, by now all of us KNOW there is no such thing as Custer service at this company! Annnnnd I haven’t heard back from the bank either, after trying so many times that I’ve lost count.... true story!!! Long story a little shorter.... do t hold your breathe bc you will never ever ever hear back from them, let alone see your refund! Not ever....I just hope non of you guys were idiots, like myself that went all out and spent a ton of money for absolutely nothing!
    All I wanted to know is what the ONE question was that women ask men that totally loses them, or a chance with them, lmao!!

    Where is my refund???, MAGGIE?? I ordered over $300 worth of CRAP , used my mom’s debit card after I told her about this awesome product to read about what women need to do to get a man wrapped around their finger, basically. She said go for it! (She has terminal ovarian cancer at the time) she added, “I can’t take my money with me! Nor would I want to, honey.” I immediately cancelled & asked for a refund, within minutes of purchasing. Needless to say, I finally got a hold of clickbank after multiple failed attempts to digitalromance.com. I was excited to finally hear back from somebody affiliated with this company..... but, I never saw a refund. Kept looking in my mom’s bank statements, and it still, to this day and many more attempts on my part, haven’t seen a dime of the refund! My mom passed away 1 wk later & that money could’ve help pay for almost 1/2 of what her cremation costed me!
    Where in the hell issssss MY REFUND???? Enough is enough!!! It’s under the name Rita Chegar, bought via a 717 Credit Union..... I no longer have my order # bc I had to shut down that account & get on my own! I lost all of my info through that process. I think your company is a scam that preys on women desperate to save their 30 yr marriages or whatever the case may be. It is so shitty of anyone to be able to continue a business that’s farrrrr from professional!!

    For everyone having a problem requesting a refund or cancellation go to this link https://www.clkbank.com there you can request what is needed, After I done some research and even created a complaint about this to BBB I discovered you actually have to go here in order to make your request. Good luck to everyone trying to cancel their order or get a refund.

    I requested a refund on June 23, 2020. No one has replied or refunded me my money. I want my refund immediately or I will contact my bank and dispute the charges.

    I have requested my refund....sent numerous emails and Facebook messages and I am being ignored. 

    I have been very nice but this 'company' is not phased. VERY quick to take one's money and PROMISE money back... However, they do not even make an attempt to respond to the request. I have PROOF that I requested the money back way before 60 days expired.

    Have anyone tried to report this to authorities? We cannot leave this. It is a lot of money especially with the additional program I purchased.

    I will not just leave it be. 

    This is very disappointing and completely unacceptable!!!!!

    I have requested a refund - 3 times in as many months .... nothing but automated replies, never actually a personal response.
    Please issue a refund ASAP.
