Where is My Refund?

You should receive a Clickbank Refund Receipt in your email.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.  If you have any problems you can use the Refund Receipt from Clickbank to contact them and find out if there were any problems in processing your refund.

    I requested a refund on 10/25/2016 and there has been no follow up on the refund acknowledge.  I will be charging back the amount to my credit card company if I do not here back by Monday 10/31/2016

    I requested a refund on 16th November and still not had a response to either my initial or subsequent messages, please advise when I will receive my full refund.

    Has anyone else had any luck actually getting the refunds they advertise?

    I've asked for refund, but no one contacted me, except that they review my email and will contact me in two days. I've sent 3 emails, to no avail and no one responded. It's a shame that your company is no decent and trustworthy. I'm very disappointed to put my trust in your promise of 60 days refund.

    I've send emails on 3/11/2017
    3/18/2017 and two more I don't even remember the date and today 3/24/2017 for the refund. No one responded. And email and information of the clkbank do not work as well the phone number. I think, that this is a big fraud, to draw the money. Make me feel very bad. Something wrong with this company, I believe that they are greedy, the way they treated people. I will put all the information about this company on the Facebook, so no one can be hurt as I am.

    I have sent 2 emails to support@digitalromanceinc.com as instructed in your 60 day money-back guarantee and received nothing other than the automatic reply that says it could be 2 business days before I receive a response.  I just read this FAQ today which seems to indicate that I should have received a Clickbank refund receipt which I have not.

    I actually called Clickbank to see if they could help me because emailing Digital Romance support obviously hasn't worked, and calling the customer service phone line just gives me an automated response telling me to email support.

    Clickbank was very helpful and opened two tickets that hopefully will elicit a response from you.  I am writing this comment in the hopes that it will speed up the process of getting a response from you.

    I have to say that I'm starting to feel like this is a scam.  I hope I'm wrong. My original emails to support were sent on 1/19/18 at 21:51am PST and 1/29/18 at 11:20am PST.

    Just an update. . .I never did hear from Digital Romance.  But I was able to get a refund from CLICKBANK by contacting them directly, who by the way also never got a response from Digital Romance about a refund..

    Digital Romance seems to be intentionally and selectively unresponsive to refund requests given that they responded to a support ticket from CLICKBANK about product access, and promptly removed my access to the product when CLICKBANK issued a refund.  So they are getting the communication, but seem to only respond to non-refund issues.

    Very poor business practice!

    Too bad one can't access these complaints about no response on refund requests until after one has paid.
    I will be contacting the Secretary of State of North Carolina and the North Carolina Department of Justice's Consumer Fraud Division to file a complaint about your business practices if I have not recieved my refund by COB Friday, September 28, 2019.
    I will also ensure that I, as well as my social media contacts, post THE TRUTH about your "no-risk money back guarantee"- THERE IS NO SUCH THING! You falsely advertise this aspect. Some of us have a legitimate reason for wanting our money back- your program DIDN'T WORK in our situation! Face the fact you are not infallible, and instruct your customer service reps to do just that, PROVIDE CISTOMER SERVICE.
    I am looking forward to a prompt reply and not having to contact the NC Secretary of State and the North Carolina Department of Justice. By the way, I am NOT an idiot and I am sure 99.9% of your customers can identify with me. We just want to save relationships that are precious to us. Those are EXACTLY who you prey on- but, hey, we are willing to give it that ONE LAST CHANCE. MAYBE, YOU have THAT ONE special hint- NOT- to save what we love. I digressed.
    I have a 4 year degree, have successfully represented pro se in court multiple times for domestic violence, and have cared for a bipolar-schizoaffective disorder, uncontrolled by medications family member, along with 4 children- teenagers to a second grader blended familyAND worked full time BEFORE AND AFTER commuting an hour in each direction.
    I will take YOU on with no skin off of my back. I explained in the email below why your program dod not work for me, and requested a refund. As stated above, I expect one.

    I DID hope that this product would work. But, it didn't on my porn addicted guy.Thanks for your help. There were some great tips- for the right situation.My clickbank order # was FJY6AB63 I placed my order on August 1, 2018.     I am super distressed. This is just awful. I have emailed so many times and I have heard nothing back at all for weeks. What a terrible model - to take financial advantage of vulnerable women's emotions.

    This seems to be an abandoned product and should be taking down from allowing people to purchase! Michael Fiore hasn't been heard from in over a year. His Facebook and instragram have been abandoned and no updates have been done since January 2018. This is very misleading! There is no customer support and the product is not fully delivered when purchased.
