jennifermorawitz Hello Mike, first let me thank you for being so completely and brutality honest... it's fucking awesome, and takes a lot of guts, so THANK YOU! I've purchased a few of your programs along with some off James Bauer stuff and really see the wisdom in so much of the information in both. To keep my question as short as possible, I've been involved with a man who may or may not be a narcissist. I've been aware for about 2 years of the 3 yr relationship, and am now struggling to figure out how much of his behavior is the narcissist, and how much is just normal guy stuff. He displays some but not all of the classic signs (unreasonable control freak issues, negative re enforcement, and some emotional punishment issues... nothing violent ) but not all. We are both 50 years old. I am a very healthy (self aware and self esteem ) woman who has been able to keep myself detached enough (emotionally and financially ) to keep any of this from having a big impact on my life. However, I am at a juncture where I have a chance to get out of it, and need to decide if anything could change our situation. My question is, how do you know what the difference is between narcissist behavior and just what a man's normal need for control is and how he goes about trying to attain that control ... and would any of the advice your programs give make any difference if the man is simply a narcissist? I'm sure you know men like this, and just would like your thoughts on if the techniques you advise are worth usung with them or if I would be wasting my time? Thanks.

I met this guy about 4 years ago. I started to like him. But I never said anything. I ended up with someone else had a child and the relationship ended horrible. I got back in touch some how with the other guy and we started talking again. I found out he liked me those 4 years ago also and that neither of us said anything. We agreed to try but I'm already in Arizona and he is still in NJ so we started talking about visits. Then he found something of an ex's and that break up had hit him hard. She broke up with him in a way that made him feel like he was thrown away and he never saw it coming and still does not understand why she broke up with him. He is now over her but doesn't know if he will ever be ready for another relationship. But the conversations we have sometimes I feel like we are so close and could work out. But I don't know what I should do to show him that not all relationships are the same and there is pain in all relationships even the ones that work out. So I was wondering what I could do in this situation to think about giving us a shot instead of just deciding he will not be in a relationship.

Miss Greene Hello I have a few concerns and questions.
So Ive sent my ex the first ATB text last week and to my surprise he responded and was very friendly and responding. But Ive noticed that after Ive taken a couple days off from texting him here and there but other than one than when he text me early in the morning to becareful driving because of all the snow Michigan recently received and because last year I was in a nearly fatal car accident he doesnt send me the first text. And recently the text Ive sent hes either responding hours later or the next day but he told he cracked his screen on his phone, then the other reason was that he was at work. I responded back to him each time hours later but I didnt bring up or address the fact that hes been responding late to my text messages. He sent me a text after responding to my first ATB text telling me to never stop smiling and that im more beautiful when im smiling and he hopes I have a good christmas. I do not know how to take that message help please!!! He also had text me a good morning beautiful text like he use to when we were together I do not know what to do or how to feel about him and this program I really need your advise and opinion asap, new years is coming and I have not one clue how or what to do about him all i know is I really still love the guy but Im not sure about his feelings for me anymore its confusing?????????????? -

Martina Gomes I'm working TRB and things were prety fine I was seing him more we look eacth other's eyes and it was so intense that I send nore messages but he din't answer. One day I have two calls at nigth in private number from a girl saing she is he's girlfriend. I was shocked but than that girl were acusing me of harassment wen I was telling her that I didn't knew of is existence. Than I was for logical side and tell him by message that she call me and he was grous. thomas wood I have brought your programme recently in desperation to try and get my ex girlfriend back. I have contacted you as I'm having problems getting on to the site. However my problems have just got whole lot more complicated the woman I want back has been in touch. We split up 17th September I heard from her few days afterwards on the Wednesday she was angry because I post on here how devastated I was and responded to friend of her's. This friend wasn't mutual friend I said thank you for thinking of me at this hard time. She didn't like it my ex and basically said I was causing trouble so I took the post down. Sure enough 1st October I got a phone call from her it was a text asking if I was ok. I responded not knowing it was the right thing to do, however I wasn't begging her or anything like that respectful and polite. She said she was blocking me and basically said goodbye. She didn't block me despite her saying it .Then I had message from her Monday this week on What's App she said hope your ok I responded again Yes,tar xxx she responded the next day with good. Today at 17:11pm UK time she has basically said heard you have a girlfriend? I also got a text to my mobile as well and she tried to call me twice on Whats App.Is she having second thoughts already? Or is this deflection and what she is basically saying is I have someone else. Now I haven't pestered her or begged and I want to follow your programme to make sure I get her back. But do I respond out of curiosity or leave it? I'm concerned if I don't she may be like when I do get in touch after the 30 days he ignored me so I'm doing the same or worse block my number. It is my birthday Sunday she may wish me a happy birthday do I respond then? What do I do? Please respond to me as soon as possible.
