How Do I Get A Refund?

To get a refund you must make your refund request within 60 days of purchasing the program.  To request a refund through Clickbank:

Go to www.clickbank.com

Click on the Customer Support link in the top right of the screen.

It should take you to a page where there is an option to get a refund in the middle box on the page.  

You will need your email and your order number.   

If you have problems please contact us at support@digitalromanceinc.com

    I requested a refund by e-mail on 09/19/16 and have not heard back from you guys or received my refund! I need my refund please!

    I have requested a refund three time in 2 weeks.  I am told it takes two days for a response.  Please refund.  I will report this company to the fraud department and let Clikbank know it should not represent Digital Romance.  Buyer beware.

    I requested my refund by email as well, but there hasn't been a reply. It's been about 6 days and I haven't heard back. When will I receive a response and my money back?

    Completly BS! They are just after your money! I didnt even get a reply from them where I could access the material....

    I want my money back!

    I’ve been charged monthly and have requested this be stopped several times. Im takin action against them if today’s request is not followed up immediately.

    I can no longer view the products I bought. What happens now??? A complete refund for every cent I paid for the language of desire

    the email said email digital romance to get your refund not clickbank. now it says. the material wasnt helpful at all.  Its all common sense things.  no reply on how to access refund. shocking!!!

    I can't access the online community or have a field where I put in my homework. I have contacted the support centre but I haven't received a reply . Please reply. I am getting really annoyed

    Do not even bother trying to contact Digital Romance for a refund.  Go straight to CLICKBANK and they will be much more responsive.

    The refund policy statement is VERY misleading because you will probably NEVER get a response from support@digitalromanceinc.com.

    I tried numerous times to reach Digital Romance as did Clickbank with no success.  Funny how Digital Romance wasted no time in removing my access to the product though right after Clickband finally issued the refund.  They sure were responsive to that!

And as of January 2018 the company took down they site to login and I have sent over 50 support tickets and still NO RESPONSE FROM DIGITAL ROMANCE AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT OFFERED THE PRODUCT. COMPANY IS A SCAM. I GOT SCREWED OUT OF $50. Reporting them to the BBB AND A FEW OTHER SITES SO MORE PEOPLE DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM. BUYER BEWARE

    IM SPREADING THIS COMPANY ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SITES ON HOW THEY ARE A FRAUD. I JUST DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE GETTING SCREWED OUT OF MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT DOESNT EXIST

    you want me to but more of your products when you haven't even answered me on one. and you keep deleting my requests. how convenient. never on chat and you don't answer the phone. Better business bureau and the commissioner's office will have a field day with your company. Click bank too.
