    I'm in the same boat this company says 2 business days it has been over a week with sending emails and getting no response. Maybe I'll contact the better business bureau and see if they can help as I'm getting frustrated they say within 60 days and they are refusing to reply but quick to grab your $$$$$$

    Maggie, I just sent an email straight to you in regards to a refund for the bonus material. It wouldn't let me say "no" to the additional material. Maybe it is an iPhone glitch?
