    It has been two weeks since I have asked for my refund and I have not received a response. I have reached out twice already and it would be appreciated greatly if I could get my money back.

    Send the refund request to Clickbank. They will help you. Go to Clickbank.com. I got my refund within a few days once I contacted them.

    I would like to get my refund back!
    I have sent 2emails, both were abt the process of refund: request numbers: 394092, and 397042
    I would like to get the refund of my payment dated on May 25 2019, and I refuse to pay in the future
    Since the program doesnt work for me, I JUST WANT MY REFUND!

    WHY THE EVER LOVING HELL IS NO ONE RESPONDING TO PHONE AND MESSAGE REQUESTS TO CANCEL ANY and ALL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES SIGNED UP ON MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED AND I HAVE OPENED OVER 4 REQUESTS WITH OVER 7 MESSAGES AND AM NOT GETTING RESPONSE!!!!

    I have emailed multiple times for my refund and received no answer back. You need to be held accountable for this. Clearly, this is a recurring problem for you, based on these comments. I will call my bank and report your charges as fraudulent.

    I'VE BEEN REQUESTING FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS NOW TO ENSURE THAT THE TRIAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION I SIGNED UP FOR IS STOPPED- NO CHARGES AT ALL - PERIOD. BEFORE THE TRIAL IS UP. I REQUIRE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE AND CONFIRMATION OF THIS... I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND OPENED MULTIPLE REQUESTS THRU YOUR SYSTEM. **WTF IS HOLDING YOU PEOPLE UP***

    I too have left multiple emails and phone calls.  Now, after seeing this thread, it's obvious that this company is NOT acting in a responsible and ethical manner.  I will be requesting a chargeback immediately.

    Requested a refund on July 25th. Automatic reply service said they would get back to me in 2 business days. I waited. No reply. Sent 6 more emails over the course of three weeks. Got ignored. No refund.

    I sent emails and made phone calls and also ignored.  Go through Clickbank.  They issued a refund immediately.

    I asked for a refund for all the programs I've purchased so far in less than 60 days after my first purchase on 8/10 the first time, and I've been requesting and emailing for many times afterwards but heard nothing so far.

    I calculated, the total would be $368.
    Here are the details:

    Please let me know ASAP if I could get my no question asked refund of $368 cause it was within 60 days after my purchase, or else I'm gonna pursue a legal method for getting my money back.

    Tell Clickbank you made your initial requests for a refund well before the 60 day limit.  It's not your fault that these people don't respond. 

    Is this even a business anymore?  Or is it just auto-responders, auto-billing, etc.  What a joke.

    I got my money back in full through Clickbank.  Good luck!

    EVERYBODY, PLEASE GO THROUGH CLICKBANK FOR YOUR REFUND!! I too tried to send several emails with no responses and jumped through hoops, threatened to bring in whatever legal team or police I could and was ignored by this company. As soon as someone suggested that I go through Clickbank they responded and I finally got my money back after my bank authorized it of course. CLICKBANK IS THE WAY TO GO FOR YOUR MONEY BACK <3

    I've sent two emails about refunds, both within a day or two of purchase, and haven't received any sort of response. Could I please get my refund?

    I have requested a refund on Mon, Sep 9, 2019 at 7:18 AM and then resubmitted it again on Sun Sept 15, 2019 and I still have not been refunded. The only communication I am receiving has been from an automated service.

    Think I am going to submit a complaint to the BBB.

    Hi! I have requested a refund every 6-10 days for well over a month now. I would very much appreciate SOMEONE getting back to me about my refund & unsubscribing my from the emails that don't give you answers, just links to other pages to spend your money.

    CONTACT clickbank!!!!!!!!!

    I requested a refund with in days from digital romance. I got a generic email saying someone will contact you within 2 business days. It has been almost a month. With no response from digital romance. I did the refund request the way they said.

    I had contacted my bank than decided to contact click bank.

    I contacted CLICKBANK today. I did the online chat. I was told there is NO record of my refund request. I even gave them the refund request number. During our chat they informed me that sent a request for a refund. I ask will I get my refund. I was told yes.
    Within minutes I received an email stating I was requesting a refund.
    Than a few minutes later I would be receiving a refund.
    I’ll update on here if I do receive it.

    So far terrible no one has even answered me yet. It’s now six days. What happened to two days. It’s clear cut and dry bought it, no longer want, bunch of egotistical garbage. It’s just manipulation.

    I have sent several emails and left messages on the phone number following up with my request for a refund sent on Nov 15 and it’s been 2 and 1/2 weeks and I have received NOT one single response even though every automated says that you will get back within 2 days and yet do not! I’m seeing now on this thread that this is a pattern with your company and I’m really questioning if anyone should do any business with you with this lack of accountability with what you promise and certainly am not feeling like purchasing anything from you ever again unless I hear back soon on this! Respectfully speaking promising to contact people within 2 days and honor refunds within 60 days and then not responding for nearly 3 weeks is really bas business practice. I trust you guys will take a look at the impact of that on your customer base and make some corrections as needed.

    Looking forward to a prompt response ASAP now upon also posting here!

    Dec. 3, 2019.  This guarantee is absolutely worthless.  I requested a refund about 30 days after I purchased the product.  ClckBank, Digital Romance's 3rd party payment processor, never responded.  A few weeks later, I filed another request for a refund.  ClckBank never responded to that one either.  I sent an email to Digital Romance using their Contact Us feature.  They never responded either.  If you choose to purchase any products from Digital Romance, do not consider the warranty/guarantee as it's worthless.  As an aside, my bank Credit Card Dispute department told me they've received a huge number of disputes involving ClckBank.  Beware of any transaction from any vendor who uses ClckBank as their payment processing company.
