my membership and have NEVER received a reply back besides the
automatic reply that someone would contact me. I am tired of being
given the run around with your company! This is regarding order number
DY9ID3YG-B002 that was originally purchased on 11/3/19. I sent an
email asking how to cancel all subscriptions before I was charged and
never received ANY help, just an automated message. Now I've been
charged for something, I asked to be cancelled prior to its renewal
date. I want a credit back to my bank account and someone to please
email me back. Thank you!

Kerry Swanson Disappointed to see so many other women had trouble getting refunds. During the first week I tried out Total Devotion System, I knew it wasn't the best fit for me. I've contacted Digital Romance 3-4 times and ClickBank twice. The only response that is not the auto-reply is that "they're busy processing other requests". I can't even seem to be able to cancel auto-pay. I cannot recommend the program to anyone due to the dishonesty of advertising helpful customer service and refunds. I can't trust anything that this company offers now as a consumer.
I purchased the program in Feb 2020 and still have not gotten a refund or been able to cancel the subscription.
