    I have not been replied to or received a refund and I sent my request a week or two ago when it said it would only take 2 days to review.

    have emailed your customer service at least 5 times asking to cancel
    my membership and have NEVER received a reply back besides the
    automatic reply that someone would contact me. I am tired of being
    given the run around with your company! This is regarding order number
    DY9ID3YG-B002 that was originally purchased on 11/3/19. I sent an
    email asking how to cancel all subscriptions before I was charged and
    never received ANY help, just an automated message. Now I've been
    charged for something, I asked to be cancelled prior to its renewal
    date. I want a credit back to my bank account and someone to please
    email me back. Thank you!

    Disappointed to see so many other women had trouble getting refunds. During the first week I tried out Total Devotion System, I knew it wasn't the best fit for me. I've contacted Digital Romance 3-4 times and ClickBank twice. The only response that is not the auto-reply is that "they're busy processing other requests". I can't even seem to be able to cancel auto-pay. I cannot recommend the program to anyone due to the dishonesty of advertising helpful customer service and refunds. I can't trust anything that this company offers now as a consumer.

    I purchased the program in Feb 2020 and still have not gotten a refund or been able to cancel the subscription.

    Hi - I've cancelled my order, but no reply. Will you please get back to me with an answer and a refund...your auto reply says 2 business days....you need anything else from me in order to refund?
