Your upgrades should appear on the Kajabi member site when you login. There is a bar near the top of the screen with different tabs such as "Content" and "Bonus Content". The name of your upgrade should be one of the tabs. Click on the tab and you will gain access to the material.
If you DO NOT see your upgraded material in the tab bar, please contact us at support@digitalromanceinc.com, as your membership level my need to be edited.
I have contacted the support desk twice and I still do not see the minus the misery upgrade on the text your ex back dashboard. I am getting very frustrated. I need this more than any other part of the program. I am a very emotional person and need this guidance.

Hey why can’t I find my material again
THIS IS A SCAM! You stole my money - took for 3 programs added on to the original one. I have contacted you by email 6 times and get this "2 day response time email" and GET NOTHING!!!!!!! You have my messages, I do not want the program, do NOT AND DID NOT want the 3 programs for over 150.00 additional money and have been writing since the first week. How dare you steal my money. I will be contacting my credit card company for an investigation.

Because it is a SCAM! I have tried for 5 months and get BS responses about how it will take 2 days. Plus the material is so damn misogynist, as though we are pets, not women.
